The Fairvue Mansion, one of the centerpieces of the Fairvue development, dates back to 1832 and, over the years, has been the setting for foxhunts, steeplechases, and racehorse breeding.

Many structures within the Fairvue development are well over 150 years old. The four antebellum era guest cottages (available for members and their guests), the mare barns, and the fitness center are all original buildings that date back prior to the Civil War.
Today, The Club at Fairvue Plantation embraces its past while writing a new chapter in its long history. The Club opened to rave reviews in 2004 and has continued growing ever since. We are well-known for having one of the most social and active membership bases in the Middle Tennessee region.

Golf – The game of golf is all about details and The Club at Fairvue Plantation prides itself on attention to those details. Our golf amenities are first-class and define the private club experience. On the course you will find marble bathrooms, unmatched playing conditions and a breathtaking surrounding landscape. Within the club, our attention to detail is even more obvious. Whether it’s easy access to tee times, golf bags waiting for your arrival or daily shoe shines, we provide only the best service to all members and guests.
Swimming – The Club at Fairvue Plantation has one of the finest aquatic facilities in the area. Featuring a Junior-Olympic sized swimming pool, a fountain play area, a number of poolside pergolas for relaxation, and an indoor/outdoor grill, our swimming facility has something to offer all ages
Guest Cottages – Only steps from the clubhouse, the Club's four guest cottages provide members and their house guests a decadently imgprivate alternative to traditional lodging. The cottages, all of which have stood in Fairvue Plantation for more than 150 years, have been carefully transformed through extensive renovations into complete "suites" for two. Each cottage features a fireplace and sitting area in addition to a bedroom, and has been decorated in an exquisite style inspired by Fairvue Plantation's rich history.
Member Dining – Our elegant club dining room, furnished with all of the magnificent trimmings one would expect; features spectacular golf course and lakeside views and a variety of menu items to suit all culinary palettes.
Our first-class chef, Donald Ferguson, oversees a large kitchen staff that is dedicated to fulfilling your every desire. While Chef Ferguson serves up a variety of formal dishes throughout the week, the dining room and club room are also popular dining spots after a round on the golf course.
