One of Dubai's most attractively maintained courses, Emirates Golf Club's Par 3 course offers plenty of challenges for all, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced player. Measuring 1,239 yards from the blue tees, the course is ideal for practicing your iron play, as well as for family or introductory golf. The longest hole on the course is the 194-yard third hole, while the fourth hole is the shortest at 96 yards.

The course will encourage beginners and entice players looking to hone their short game skills. Set against the backdrop of the attractive Dubai Marina skyline, the course is designed around nine short yardage holes, each guaranteeing that no two shots will be the same.

The venue of the Omega Dubai Ladies' Masters and the Omega Dubai Desert Classic Challenge Matches, the course has some of the toughest Par 3 holes in the emirate.

Well it's a very simple course and for beginners like me it's very helpful..

You need to make the signage more visible as some are blocked by bushes etc..

Perfect way of testing your short game, whilst having fun and surviving the heat! My only wish is that my short game was better.

Nice place to improve my short game, staff are freindly and the course always clean and available.

The place has a nice feel - nice people, good facilities, well maintained greens. The only downside are the expanses of hard desert between the tee and the area around the green. But I guess to have grass the whole way round comes at a price, and at 130 AED the price is reasonable for the nine holes.

Very good facilities, but the Academy Par 3 course where I played is a bit messy with dirt tracks in between the grass course, and the shop in the clubhouse is cramped and the price labels placed incorrectly apparently - I bought a pair of summer golf shoes where the label on the shelf showed AED 495 but the till operator insisted they were AED 850 because "the price label on the shelf was wrong".

The 9-hole course is very dry and does not have any personality. It's quiet a boring, straight line course without much challenges apart from few bunkers just ahead of the greens.
