Course was in great shape but the bunkers in general were not and our caddie did next to nothing for us unlike Punta Espada and La Cana which were full service caddies.

the staff outside when checking in was uncooperative, inattentive and nonexistent. we drove ourselves to the first tee without a caddy. we kept being told one would be on the way. it took my friend going back not happy that we did not have one and it took 15 minutes till one showed up. it was raining , and at the turn required dry towels. was told there were none left. that is unacceptable and after an argument 4 miraculously appeared. at $500 a person, expected white glove service that didn’t come close.
