Booking Policy
A deposit equal to 25% of the total package price is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
You may cancel your booking free of charge until 14 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund for non-deposit payments. The deposit is not refundable, but is fully transferable towards any future package booked through InterContinental Grand Ho Tram. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, you will not be refunded.
