Since opening in 1994, the Prince’s Grant golf course has earned a reputation for excellence. Prince’s Grant is a regular recipient of the Compleat Golfer 5-Star Golf Experience Award and has been named the Best Golf Development In South Africa by the World Property Awards.

The golf course has a links/parkland layout, designed and constructed by Peter Matkovich, and is laid out over four ridge lines overlooking the Indian Ocean. Sweeping, majestic views over the ocean, with spectacular coastal forest makes this one of the most scenic and visually stunning golf courses in South Africa. But it is the quality of the golf course design and the lovingly groomed condition of greens and fairways that make Prince’s Grant a bucket list golf course for golfers of all ability levels.

When all of this is paired with the mild KwaZulu-Natal climate that allows for year round golfing, you understand why Prince’s Grant is one of those golf courses where you sit with a cold beverage after the 18th, and you are already starting to plan how you will play the next round on this magnificent golf course.

Was not informed beforehand that the front 9 was closed. We did however play the back 9 twice which was interesting as the club had created temporary tee boxes to make it challenging.

Great course, fairways and greens in good condition. Just unfortunate that the front nine is undergoing long construction.

I must have missed the details but was disappointed about only playing the back 9...we ended up playing the back 9 once even though I paid for the 18 holes and paying for a cart on top of that. Left kinda aggrieved and underwhelmed especially because it was my first time playing there because I live in Joburg. Felt ripped off!

Was disappointed that I was not informed that we were playing a NINE hole course, due to work on the course. I booked very early but no one informed me, If I had know I would have played Camelot or Selborne it was a let down for my visitor from UK

You did not tell us that the first nine holes were being  repaired and so we had to play the back 9 twice
