The development of the Boschenmeer Estate, which incorporated the grounds of the Paarl Golf Club, took place in 1997 and changed the face of the Paarl Golf Club radically. The redevelopment created a further nine holes which became the Boschenmeer Nine, which resulted in the Western Cape's first 27 hole golf club.

In 2004 the new clubhouse was officially opened.

The hole19to 27 are in very bad condition

The course was overbooked, to many players on the course, I was held up so badly, I could't even finish 9 of the 18 holes I paid for. I am very dissapointed and feel like my money was wasted!

Interesting course with some great holes. Don't think we played the best nine as locals were playing them even though we booked. Caddies were nice guys and new the course well. fairways were not up to the standard we had experienced elsewhere on the Garden route. Great scenery though with the mountains all round us and fantastic birdlife.

The course is generally in good condition with some interesting holes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, an enjoyable day.

Unfortunately there is a problem with watering the course, so dome fairways are a mess. We are all aware of the problem and theref 7 is a VERY good rating.
